This page explains which personal data Varodatic collects, why, and what your rights are.

Data we collect

• Order details: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and time of visit in our server logs.

Why we use it

We use your order details to process your order, send you the payment link and your login, and help you with setup. Technical data keeps the website secure and working.

Unfinished orders

If you start the order form but do not finish it, we may send you a reminder email about it. You can unsubscribe from these reminders at any time.

Sharing

We only share data where needed to deliver your order – for example with payment providers, our hosting company (Hostinger) and WhatsApp (Meta). We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies so the order process works. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep order data as long as required by law, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@varodatic.club. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
