Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Varodatic pass. If something does not work, we fix it or refund you.

If Varodatic does not work on your device

Tell us within 7 days of activation. We first try to solve the issue with you on WhatsApp. If we cannot make it work on your device, we refund your payment in full.

When refunds are not possible

• More than 7 days have passed since activation.
• The issue is caused by your internet connection and the service works normally on other connections.
• The login has been shared or used against our terms.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@varodatic.club or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 14 days.
